On Friday, February 7, 2014, the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal invited families to attend its very first Bal des enfants, which was held at the Maison symphonique de Montréal. Under the Honorary co-presidency of Mrs. Isabelle Hudon, President, Sun Life Financial, Quebec and Mr. Bernard Voyer, Explorer, the magical event honoured the 80 years of the OSM and helped raise funds in support of its mission.
Funds raised during this campaign made it possible for thousands of youngsters from every background to attend OSM young-audience programs in 2014.
